The beautifully restored barracks building from 1771 has been transformed into an extremely stylish hotel where authentic elements have been tastefully integrated with contemporary design. The restoration project is the largest in the history of both De Rooi Pannen Breda and the munivipality of Breda. The hotel and restaurants are run by students who attach great importance to hospitality. The hospitality combined with the special location and a piece of Breda's history ensure an unforgettable stay. De Rooi Pannen Breda had no less than two restaurants and a brasserie, therefore you will not be short of anything. Breda is a historic and lively city, where dynamism knows no boundaries.

RESTAURANTS PIERRE DURAND, NICOLAS APPÉRT & BRASSERIE REDUIT
At the beautiful location of De Rooi Pannen Breda, you will find two restaurants and a brasserie. At restaurant Pierre Durand's, you can enjoy Casual Dining, characterized by changing concepts and small dishes developed by students. The open kitchen gives you a unique insight into how the dishes are prepared. Restaurant Nicolas Appèrt stands for quality and craftsmanship. Here you can enjoy a 3 or 4-course surprise menu. The use of fresh regional and seasonal ingredients ensures that the surprise menu is of a high standard. Let yourself be carried away by the story behind each dish told by students. Besides the restaurants, the Rooi Pannen Breda also has a cosy brasserie Reduit. Brasserie Reduit is a perfect place to have lunch and enjoy delicious delicacies. Here the students serve the most delicious sandwiches and other hot lunch dishes. The students are ready to welcome you in one of the restaurants and serve you an unforgettable dish.
